The hotel was fairly clean with amazingly attentive and particularly helpful staff in all areas. The rooms were trendy and well laid out, had feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. It had a great street view balcony.

Spent here 3 perfect days and would stay here again. The place was clean and stylish, it had very friendly and amazingly attentive staff in all areas. The hotel's location was very central, close to shops and restaurants. What's more, it was just off the central square of Santa Cruz.

It was fairly clean, everyone was particularly helpful and attentive. The room was squeaky clean here with siling window. The location was good and magnificent - not far from the main plaza.

Nicely designed and modern place to stay, I was there for 3 nights and would come here again. Loved the rooms, they were well-equipped with the balcony. Location: the hotel was just off city center, the centre of Santa Cruz, and restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, just a 15-minute walk away. Guests can enjoy a meal at the nearby Michelangelo Ristorante. The deluxe queen room I booked had great amenities, including a heating system, flat-screen television, and a comfortable sitting area. I would also like to extend my regards to the manager. Additionally, there was parking available nearby.

We had reasonably large and trendy room with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Its location relatively near Sacred Art Museum was particularly good and unbeatable.

Incredibly attentive personnel is in all areas. The setting is marvellous and favourable, adjacent to the main square and cathedral and the center of Santa Cruz. There's Lorca Cafe just a short stroll away from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.
